How to do GP8.0 old data archiving, could you provide the details.

Could you please provide the details for GP old data archiving for GP8.0. or any tools to do that.

if we manually do that will it effect anything means data may corrupt??

if the GP has the option to get this old data remove, please provide the navigation and details.
