Angular 7 output not reflect in Dynamics 365 CRM

Dear Team

I make a simple Angular 7 application and build it for production. I upload the following files in Dynamics 365 CRM as Web Resource.

  1. es2015-polyfills.js
  2. index.html
  3. main.js
  4. polyfills.js
  5. runtime.js
  6. styles.css

Download dist file link: 1drv.ms/.../s!ApUpNtPXGlGsZ4AmLEWsGKOnuGI

But when I preview the Index.html, It shows nothing. I also remove the base ref="/" from index.html.

Please anyone help me out from the above issue. I will be very thankful for yours kind reply
