We want to set up or invoices to e-mail not to just one or 2 folks but to a group. I thought we could do it just by utilizing a contact/distribution list in outlook. When we put on of those in by selecting it from within the email list for our contacts it is accepted. We say Ok. The window closes, then e-mail the invoice and the group is gone. I have tried successfully with just one e-mail address in the to box not the list and it works as normal. Added the list into the CC, and it went away. Have tried the single email address and the list in the to and the list goes away. Ideas on how to accomplish this? Does it just not recongnize the list as a valid e-mail?
