Hello guys. I want to set owners for different entities in my dynamics CRM like contacts, accounts or contracts.

For this purpose (in contacts entity for example ) I need  ownerid and owner "uniqueidentifier" and owneridtype "nvarchar".

I put on  ownerid field the user´s guid and owneridtype  I tried with (systemuser, user, team,Usuario (because my system is in spanish) or Equipo)

But this doesn´t work. Could you help me?

Thanks.

Thank you Aric Levin . My mistake was use 'systemsusers' instead of 'systemuser'.

    Hola,

It doesn't matter if your system is in English or Spanish the attribute names are still going to be English, so for User/Usario you need to use "systemuser", and for Team/Equipo you need to use "team". This is stored as nvarchar(64) in CRM.

Can you confirm before reaching your CRM Destination Component that there are values in those fields? You can put a Data Viewer in front of the Destination component to see the data that will go into the different fields.

Also, another thing, under Error Handler, what option do you have selected. If you choose Fail on Error, the system will break in case it hits an error, which might let you know what error you are experiencing.

Some of the common things that I have seen is when the owner record that you are trying to insert does not have Read access to the record that you are adding them to.

This should be a good starting point to troubleshoot. Please reply with your findings if you can't get it resolved.

    Buena suerte.
