Dear All,
I am trying to apply a service update 10.0.31 in our DevBox (Cloud-hosted) in each attempt getting preparation failed issue.
Deployment getting failed on Preparation step itself. And when I download the logs/runbook, 0 KB file downloaded and nothing shown in that file.
We didn't changed the VM admin credentials till today.
In SandBox and Build machine (Cloud-hosted) the service update 10.0.31 got successfully completed.
Recently our admin team setup a VPN connection to access the RDP in that instead of computer name we are using ip address to connect the RDP with LCS VM admin credentials.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue, waiting for you valuable answers.
