Installing Reporting Service Extensions on SQL 2019

I am trying to Install AX2012 Reporting Service Extensions on a new server with SQL 2019, but when I try to install it I get an error that the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services is not started.

But when I check the service is running.

So I am expecting that this has something to do with the fact that I am running the 2019 version of the Reporting Server, and that the check in the installer might not see that service correctly.

Do anyone have any experience with getting AX2012 running with SSRS 2019?

SQL Server 2019 is not supported for AX 2012.

Please check the System Requirements document:

download.microsoft.com/.../Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 System Requirements.pdf

Hello Rudi,

I would agree to Nicolas as SQL 2019 is not compatible based on the system requirement document.
