Hi guys,
I know the service calendar is a bit limited on the customisation front, but our zoom is set just too close, is there any way to set the default zoom differently?

Thanks for that, however it doesn't tell me how to change the default of the zoom - we'd like to set this across the organisation.

You won't be able to set this across the organisation, instead you will be able to set for yourself and you can pass the instruction across the organisation to set the zoom level in service calendar.
Thanks again. However, changing the zoom works for that instance, but the moment CRM is closed and reopened, the zoom resets to the 1 hour setting, we want it to stick (even on a user by user basis) to 2 hours, is it possible to set this to default?
