Hi Community,

I have this error message at Purchase Order when I'm trying to post. Please advise what can be done.

I have read somewhere that it could be due to Purchase & Payables Setup, so I did a check and see the Default Qty. to Receive is Blank.

Not sure what this means, if anyone can advise.

Hi Valentin Castravet,

may I ask when you said "This means you'll need to create those documents and receive the item through them, rather than receiving it directly on the purchase order..."

By "Those documents" do you mean that I have to create the Warehouse Receipt documents to receive the items ?

This is related to the setup of the location card used for the purchase order. The location is configured to require warehouse put-aways and warehouse receipts. This means you'll need to create those documents and receive the item through them, rather than receiving it directly on the purchase order.
