Hi, I shared personal dashboard and view with users, but they can only see dashboard, no views, I checked the access, it looked fine, what else could be missing?

did you have charts on the dashboard, you have to share each chart too

Please check if the user has the access to the views directly from advanced find in Saved view list in the respective entity.

To share the dashboard components you must ensure that each component (Charts/Views) are shared with those users as well. I'd recommend you follow Balamurugan's advice and double check those users can see those views for that entity in Advanced Find. If so, then we can dig further into whether or not that entity is viewable to those users.

    Hello sdnd2000,

Here is a link that gives a step by step guide on how to share personal views. Did you follow these same steps and it's still not working?

    Please verify if this helped!

    Best,

that is exactly what I did. I worked for some users. did different business units or teams affect the access?

Yes, it could be that different business units or teams affecting the access. It could also be their security roles. Depending on what records are included in the views, the users should have at least read permissions on that entity within their security role.

Can you describe the different users that are not getting access?

I do have different business unit, but all users should have read access. And they have the same security role

From that, I'm assuming that it is the business units affecting it. I would check the security role of the business units and make sure they all have read access to the related records.
