What do you mean by default personal view?

Is that personal view was used in the dashboard?

Found the issue. I have a default personal view which requires the access, so I have to share the default view with users first.

The issue is that the users can not see the views are also in the team, once I remove them from team, they can see it, but team has the same access as user. still can not find out the answer.

still checking, and can not reproduce the same issue.

  • RE: shared personal dashboard and views

I have the same problem, a team leader has shared a dashboards with views with me, I can see the views in my advanced find but they won't come up on my dashboard. I have System admin rights so cannot understand why I cannot see these views that have been shared with me. Have you found any solutions yet?

From that, I'm assuming that it is the business units affecting it. I would check the security role of the business units and make sure they all have read access to the related records.

I do have different business unit, but all users should have read access. And they have the same security role

Yes, it could be that different business units or teams affecting the access. It could also be their security roles. Depending on what records are included in the views, the users should have at least read permissions on that entity within their security role.

Can you describe the different users that are not getting access?

that is exactly what I did. I worked for some users. did different business units or teams affect the access?
