Filtering Email Templates based on a filter

My organization has many email templates to send within emails.

Our problem is that when we try to attach an email template to an email all email templates show up on the list, there's hundreds of them, there are 2 main teams and we want to only display certain templates in the template list based on the team the user that is attaching the email template belongs to, or if we can filter even further based on other conditions that would even better.

Does anyone know of a way of doing this?

Or a solution that offers this feature?
