Dynamics CRM 2013 Email Form: See the email address

Hi Guys,

I have a CRM 2013 SP1 system and I want to customize the Form "Email" to see the actual email address (especially for the Field "To") and not just the contact name that is linked to that email address.

Is this possible? An additional field for that would be OK.
