Trial Balance Credit Amount not balance

Hi,

Version: MS Dynamics SL FP1

Hi, the Trial Balance report for my two accounts are not balance.
Please see details below as sample:

1. account 11100 is not balance for credit amount around $3000
2. account 21100 is not balance foe debit amount around $3000

The total amount from gltran table for both accounts are correct but when I view the Trial Balance report both of these accounts will get less $3000 dollars.
Can anyone help please?

    You should check post status. Are there some batch unposted ?.

    As per the accountant, they already close the batch per module. But there are some adjustments for the previous fiscal year that are still unposted waiting for the final audited fiscal year.

    Also if the cause was the unposted batch it should not reflect to the GL report.

    I found the discrepancy.

    On the specific post being viewed 01-2015 there are four records whose fiscal year is 2014 with a total amount of the discrepancy. reviewed this under gltran table

    - review all the values and check if a different fiscyr is included

    select cpnyid, acct, batnbr, sub, ledgerid, fiscyr, posted, dramt, cramt, perpost from GLTran
    where acct = 'XXXXX' AND Posted = 'P' and Perpost >= XXXXXX AND PerPost <= XXXXXX
