Hi everybody!
My team has integrated DYN365 CRM with Outlook with the DYN app for Outlook. For some of the key accounts, it works fine while some are experiencing some issues with task sync.
When a new activity is created in DYN it synchronizes with Outlook normally and it appears among tasks. When the activity is finished or updated the sync doesn't update the task in Outlook.
Anybody experienced the same issue and knows about any possible solutions?

Hi lokorn,
I just tested it. I created a task in D365, waited for it to be synchronized with Outlook, and marked the task in D365 as complete. As a result, the task in Outlook would also be synchronized as complete.
Please check the sync filters and fields in your personal settings.
If this does not help, please test the mailbox.
