Email header not mobile responsive

Hey there

I'm currently designing email templates in Dynamics Marketing, and while the design seems responsive on both desktop and tablet, the header cannot seem to adapt on mobile

I've tried all sorts of different options and modules, and can't make it work.

Also, when the text is longer, it also gets cut off just like to download button..

Do you have any idea why this is happening? And how I can fix this?

Thank you :)

    Hey Pavla,

Please let us know if Clofly's and Nikolai's suggestions unblocked you. Hardcoding HTML width's make it impossible for responsiveness to kick in when a different device is used. You can check out OOB templates (1 column, for example) to see how buttons are made responsive.

Are you seeing the same issue when doing a Test Send? Sometimes, issues are seen in preview but not actually observed on a mobile device. I would recommend doing a test send as well, so that you're sure of what you're sending across.

    Hi Pavla,

I think Nikolai's suggestion is right, it seems that length of button is fixed either on desktop/tablet or on mobile.

Please reduce the width of button, or using column layout email template, it will be responsive for all clients.

You can check whether width of DOWNLOAD NOW button is fixed value.

    e.g: width=150px

If yes, change it to width:100% to check whether it works.
