Views (and subgrids) say "No data available" but I can see there are some there

Hello!

We have a problem with a number of computers  not displaying records which are there.  E.g. Queues- "no data available" but at the bottom it shows 1-27of 27 so we know data is there.

Strangely enough, this does not affect all queues, but most of them.

Unfortunately I can't open a ticket at Microsoft, because I don't have the authorization.

Can someone help me pls? Is this a bug from Microsoft?

    Hi MichaelFo96,

    You can press F12 to open dev tool and refresh the view. And you can filter the 'queue' in the Network tab.

    You could check is there any data in the response?

    If yes, this should be a bug from Microsoft.

    If no, please decode the request url and check that do you meet the condition in the FetchXml.

    I noticed the same behavior since the last upgrade. But up till now only in the queue item views. I can see that there are a number of records present because it says something like "1 - 2  of 2" in the lower corner.

    And it is often that I have the issue, but a colleague of mine doesn't.
