We recently migrated our NAV to a local server and since have received an error when attempting to attach files to Expense Reports. The error states:
ERROR: File could not be uploaded on SharePoint.
I suspect there is a broken link to our O365 Sharepoint somewhere but I have no idea where to start looking.
Hi David,
This appears to be a custom integration and the error is not in NAV. Unless the BC/NAV community has anything more to offer, you may have better luck opening your same question in the Sharepoint forum. I would be specific in that forum stating the error does not occur in NAV/BC.
We access the expense reports through a web UI (time.company.com/expense) and what it's actually doing on the backend I have no idea. However, while prodding around I discovered that the guy that moved the server used his local account credentials to allow the system to access the SharePoint. I reactivated his account but so far it hasn't changed anything on the expense report side.
Hi David,
Where are you going in the UI to generate the expense reports? All I am aware of for generating expense reports are add-ons like ZetaDocs or Continia.
Hmmm, probably not since I don't know what Zetadocs is :)
Hi David,
Is the error related to Zetadocs by chance? I found this post that might be helpful if it is related to ZD.
