CRM Case Form Header not reflecting changes in the fields on the body

Hello,

We are facing an issue with the header, as it is not immediately reflecting the changes for the fields in the body. The same field which is on the case body as well as the header, when updated is not immediately reflecting the changes on the header. However once we refresh the page, the header is showing correct data. 

Also unusually, even though the header section is locked and each field has been made read only, the header is not showing the lock icon in any of the fields. We also tried to remove the Web Resources associated with the fields on load, but with no luck. Any help with the same will be highly appreciated.
