Dynamics SL AR Integrity Check results

We are on SL 2015 and when AR Integrity check is run it seems like almost every customer has the message of YTD balance differs from Calc'd balance.

No matter what options are chosen to verify or rebuild in AR Integrity check the results are the same.

I am beginning to wonder if there is an issue with the stored procedure behind the scenes.

Has anyone run into this? Do you know what tables are used to get the YTD Balance and the Calc'd balance? Thought it might be ARHist and AR_Balance.

How can this get corrected?

I have the same question (0)

Looks like the AR Integrity Check does not Update ARHist after running the Rebuild AR History from Documents.  I picked one customer and can see that the PTDSales and YtdSales don't have the correct information in them.   It was correct up until we did the upgrade from 2011 to 2015.

    Any help would be appreciated!!

    Dear Laura,

The only bug I see for your version was that it wasn't including invoices from flexible billings using the option to rebuild history from documents this was fixed in 2018 so there is not HF for 2015.

If you don't use flex billings, then I suggest you can create a case in support for the issue.

There is an integrity check option to 'verify customer balances' and I assume that is what they are referring to?

Did you run a trace , you could probably pin point the stored proc its using. I have asked a financial agent on this issue, I'll update when I get an answer....

Of course - we use Flexible Billings!

I did not run a trace and it would be great if you were able to point me to the stored proc!

    Thank you.
