Problem with Merge plugin in Dynamics CRM 2013

I'm facing by problem in my plugin to Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1) (6.1.0.581) (DB 6.1.0.581) On-Premises, the plugin fires on Merge post-operation Sync


I have one "InvalidPluginExecutionException" in my code that have a custom message, but in CRM the plugin show a generic message "ISV code aborted the operation", I performed research on the subject and the people recommended to update the Rollup do most recently version, that's true? anyone did this and it worked ?

    Hi Thiago,

    Yes for some cases, but since you working on premise check the event viewer or try to debug the plugin, check the duplication detection rules and make sure the plugin is not calling him self.

    the log message ins't available, this error give only in my plugin execution, when I do the merge without plugin works perfectly

    if I make this simple plugin in Merge message, the "ISV code aborted the operation" is showed

    try

    {

    throw new InvalidPluginExecutionException();

    }

    catch (Exception)

    {

    throw new InvalidPluginExecutionException("teste");

    }

    I think the problem is in CRM message maybe, because the custom message in another message likes Update or Create works

    I have the same scenario in my test environment and the plugin works with the custom message, the only difference is that my test environment is the latest version of Dynamics 2013 - ( 6.1.3.119 ) ( DB 6.1.3.119 )
