"+" button in editable grid is not working.
Even if I use Associate view button I have to refresh the page to see the records.

Hi Jomy,

Thank you for the reply, but I tried as System Admin and still facing the same..
Hi Jomy ,
if you are Admin the last chance before to open a ticket to Microsoft is to check if there is any customization over your entity within the Ribbon Menu.
Proceed as follows:
1) Create a solution
2) Add your entity to solution. NB Only Metadata (no attributes, viewes or other stuff)
3) Export
4) Unzip
5) Open customization.xml file
6) Search for RibbonDiff
7) If there something inside the found tag related to contact, you have found your issue!
I think you are probably missing some details from you question.
Does the plus button open a new form or quick create form, or does it just do nothing?
If it opens a new form or quick create form then it is doing what it's supposed to do.
Editable grid does not create new records, just edits existing ones.
The main question is what happens after you save the quick create form or new form. Does the record not show up on the editable grid, and then you have to refresh?
Can you please provide some further information?
Thanks.
