I have created a custom field of Type Picklist for Employee entity in Talent. I have edited Value in CDS and saved the entity but I don't see updated values in Talent.
Are Talent & CDS sync bi-directional way? Is anybody faced similar issue?

as far as I know, the only way right now is to delete it and re-create the field. Import- Export....doesn't work and more, I'm not sure if it's going to keep the same value in database. (not sure about this...)
but updating the field pick list will not update the picklist in CDS.

the sync is only one way - from Talent to CDS.
