Email Notification Of Sales order confirmation along with custom Email message

Hi,
 
I'm working on a scenario where the Sales order confirmation notification need to be sent to customer along with custom Message body of the Email Notification template. How this can be done through OOB. 
 
The custom message will be as /Hello Name,Thank you for shopping with us and your oreder is confirmed with details that are in the sales order/
 
Can anyone know how to send the customized email message in the body of Email template along with sales order confirmation Notification Email.

    Hi,
    You can check out this blog: dynamics-tips.com. In this article we will learn how to design dynamic email templates and send an email using that email template. For this example, will configure the email template for the inventory transfer journal workflow that will send an email to the approver with the dynamic content designed in the email template.
