    Hello PaulaRystemi123,
It is much easier to export the selected records to Excel, and then save the Excel as a CSV file. In this way you don't need to write your own business logic.
Just add a command button control in the design of your form, and set the "MultiSelect" to Yes and the "Command" property to "Export to Microsoft Excel".

Then you can export the selected records to Excel, then save the file as a CSV file.

    Hello PaulaRystemi123,

Just wondering for what purpose you need to create this CSV?

There might be some standard out of the box functionalities available that you can use.

To assess this we would need to know for what purpose you want to create the CSV.

Would be great if you could let us know.

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig

Yeah i know, but i have created a form that takes value every time a sales or transfer order is posted. The CSV should be generated from a button inside the form
