How to identify Voided PO from history table

Hi,

I have created a new PO and then decided to void it for a purpose. no PO receiving.

From the backend the PO information moved from POP10100 into POP30100

Still the PO status = 1

My question is how to identify a voided PO from the other POs stored in Historical table POP30100

Thank you,

That makes sense. I can see the combination of the two columns in POP30100:

    - Voided  postatus = 1 and statgrp = 1

    - Closed postatus = 5  and statgrp = 2

Thank you very much for all of you. .

Yes, I think GP2ME is right about the STATGRP column.

It stays as 1 for the voided record and the normal  status 5 (Closed) records have a STATGRP of 2.

The voided record shows POSTATUS = 1 and STATGRP =1

I think it may be that it's a combination of the status being = 1 and the fact that the record is in POP30100.

Normally completed POs that have moved to history will have a status = 5 (Closed) in POP30100.

In Purchase Order Entry the VOID action is only available when the PO is at a status of NEW (1).

Looking at the table columns, there does not appear to be a column to denote Void Status - which there is in other areas of Dynamics GP.

So I think you are looking for records where POSTATUS = 1 as being the voided ones in History.
