Probably you have the same question from your internal organisation.
We are receiving emails with PO attachment in a central orderdesk mailbox, those we need to store in our Dynamics Application (Sales), this still done manually.
We do have Sharepoint aligned with our dynamics application.
So we are looking for an automated solution.
Has anyone a suggestion how to set-up automated process.

Thank you for your response, I'm aware of the Queue option, but that is not the solution I am looking for. Of course the mails end up in a queue, but then still I need to manual actions, to put the attachment under account.

You can setup Queue in Dynamics CRM with your central orderdesk mailbox email address which will create Email record with PO document in dynamics crm sales application.
