Hi,

Is it possible to save/export an email record in Dynamics to a PDF?

Basically, the user has the email activity open and want the option to save the record to PDF.

My easy suggestion will be to open the email activity record and using the print preview save it as PDF.

Open the email activity record and select Ctrl + P. It will show you a print preview. Change the destination to 'save as PDF'
