Mandatory Currency Field issue

I've TurnOver currency field that is mandatory, without filling data when I try to save the record System is showing message the TurnOver field is missed. but system is not redirecting or focusing on that field. However, I observed that all other type of fields are getting focused. that issue is appears only in Currency type field.

    Gotam! setFocus is not good idea because system is not calling onSave event's function. System is validating mandatory fields before saving.

    Hi Pravin thanks for you reply.

    Actually I tried myself that as well and called function at onSave, but the case is system is not saving the record that's why onSave event isn't called as mandatory field is not filled. This is not going to work.

    Hi Shafi,

    If it's not working by default that means there should have some issue with release . I would prefer you to raise a ticket to Microsoft.

    Meanwhile try to do using JavaScript setFocus method.

    Hi Shafi Muhammad Shah,

    I have faced same weired issue in crm online. However using custom js its working fine.

    You just need to setfocus in JS as shown below:

    Xrm.Page.ui.controls.get("logicalname").setFocus();

    Hi Goutam,

    thanks for reply, I have tried that as well no luck.

    I found that issue under all entities if you have currency type field mandatory system will not focus to that field.

    Hi Shafi,

    Could you please remove the field from the form and add  again , and make sure you are making the field requirement in the Field properties itself.
