Subscription Center Marketing form is not updating contact information

We have a Subscription Center Marketing form embedded in a Subscription Center marketing page. 

Contact information is prefilled in form when contact clicks the email link of it

however, when they update their information from this form, nothing reach the crm. Only marketing list preferences are stored there.

In addition, although we have switched on the option for storing form submissions, they are not being recorded neither.

Here is a capture of some summary settings for this form

    Hi Manuel,

    1. Will the form show success message after submission?

    2. Are the form fields correctly mapped to the corresponding contact fields?

    3. Go to contact > Insights > Marketing form interactions > Form submissions to check whether the submission data from contact is logged.

    Submitted data will show in Form submissions column.

    You can also open  audit history to check whether the field has been updated:

    4. Subscription center do not create submissions under the Form submissions tab. In other word, the "Store form submission" option only works for landing page form.

    Many thanks Clofly Mao, it seems that some ISV code is preventing us to update the contact due as it detects submission as an attempt to create an already existing contact
