User cannot change to a different Branch

Have a user that is unable to change her branch. When attempting to do so, a pop-up window comes up indicating that she must close all windows before changing the branch. There are no other windows open. Get the same error if you click on the pop-up when you log on that indicates what Branch you are in, and to click here to change the branch.

I am stumped on this one.

Anyone???

By "branch" do you mean GP company?

If so, presumably the user gets to the "Company Login" window, selects a different company from the dropdown list, then clicks OK - and then the error message shows at that point?

Sounds like this a 3rd party. GP doesn't have anything like this with it's standard functionality. Have you tried contacting the 3rd party vendor?
