Hi,
Is it possible to do a quick reply from a record timeline for a received email? It's a bit clunky for emails tracked to a case for example when you need to reply to a email, you have to open the email from the timeline and then click reply.
The new contextual email is really handy but again only works for newly composed emails and doesn't work for replies.
For example. The below email in a timeline. I would like to reply directly from the timeline without having to open the email record and then clicking reply.
