Saving Screen Settings

In PoS the sub total, sales tax, and total bar at the bottom of the screen is partially obscured by F1, F2, etc bar at the very bottom.  I can change the settings by going into the Display Settings (alt-F6) screen and checking Task Pad, but the next time a user logs in it's back to the default settings.  

Anyone have suggestions on how to make the settings permanent?

    I installed hot fix 33, had the user test it, and all is well in their world again.  Until they start inventory count next week, that is.  Thanks for the help!

    Hello Todd,

    This sounds similar to an issue that was resolved with Hotfix #33 -

    "The Totals section is truncated in Microsoft Dynamics RMS Store Operations POS when you switch between “Classic View” and “TaskPad View” or when you adjust the size of the Custom POS Buttons, TaskPad, or Function Keys"

    If you do not yet have HF33 installed I recommend installing this fix and testing.
