Retail Shifts missing after going online

Hi Everyone,

 

Shifts that are opened in Offline mode are not available to resume after connecting to Online mode.

  • Open Shift in Offline Mode ( By disconnecting LAN from POS)
  • Make Sales transactions in offline mode
  • Log off from the shift
  • Connect to internet
  • Logon POS
  • Shift opened in offline mode should be available on the POS  to resume the shift but it’s not available
  • Could also see that the shift is getting closed automatically without performing tender declaration

 

Can some suggest me on this issue and let me know if this is a known issue.
