Hi Everyone,
Shifts that are opened in Offline mode are not available to resume after connecting to Online mode.
- Open Shift in Offline Mode ( By disconnecting LAN from POS)
- Make Sales transactions in offline mode
- Log off from the shift
- Connect to internet
- Logon POS
- Shift opened in offline mode should be available on the POS to resume the shift but it’s not available
- Could also see that the shift is getting closed automatically without performing tender declaration
Can some suggest me on this issue and let me know if this is a known issue.
