Unit Price gets updated with base price on sales order - workaround

Hi Guys,

I think this is known issue that if manual unit price is entered on sales line it randomly gets updated with base sales price on update of quantity, inventory dimensions etc. To avoid this update, I have been researching and could not find a proper solution to it. I also tried to remove Manual entry from trade agreement evaluation but that solution doesn't fit in our business.

However, I have found a resetPrice parameter in sales line methods such as modifyInventDim, modifySalesQty or modifyExpectedRetQty which by default is set to true. In order to avoid automatic update of manual unit prices, i have changed this default resetPrice to false always which is working fine now.

Just wondering if this has any other impacts in any scenarios, any suggestions would be appreciated? I am only referring here the individual sales line update and not the updates from header to lines.
