Is there any way we can change the design of the report templates in Business Central? Can anyone tell me how to insert a custom field in he Business Central report?

You have to copy the existing layout, then you have to add your field in the dataset and make use of it in the report.
Then you have to subscribe to a specific event to subsitute the original report with yours.
