I am trying to create workspaces for all of my maintenance workers so they can see only work orders assigned to them. I have successfully created workspaces for individual workers by actually typing their name in the filter, but I am hoping I can make a generic workspace that would filter based on the current user. That is, I would create one generic workspace, and if John Smith looks at it on his computer, he sees his work orders. If Jane Does looks at the same workspace on her computer, she sees her work orders. I have tried using (currentUserId()) but that returns FirstName.LastName instead of FirstName LastName which is how worker groups display the name in the Responsible field. It looks like I could also use the current user's personnel number if there is a SysQueryRangeUtil method for that, I'm just not aware of one.
