Hi,
Custom site is talking to CRM 2016 organization service and some times getting "The request for security token has invalid or malformed elements."
This issue is happening in load balanced environment and we are using F5. Any suggestions on this issue is greatly appreciated.

How is the affinity set up for the load balancer? In order for CRM to work properly affinity needs to be set to Single (NLB) see blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../

We are not using NLB, we are using F5 to load balance it. In F5 we are using source IP for persistence.
I mentioned NLB together with the associated setting as I don't know how this particular setup is called on F5 - however the concept is still the same...
Is the CRM Deployment Manager configured for NLB and SSL Offloading? docs.microsoft.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-365-deployment-properties
