How to make Power Automate flow(Online) to get particular reports from Report Inbox?

I am generating reports from Job Queue on particular schedules, then I get my report in Report Inbox.

Then I need to store this file in SharePoint as well as send as email.

For another report I need to extract all the pages, and each page will become a separate file and send to clients and store file on SharePoint as well.

Any Idea how I perform this job, without using Power Automate Desktop Application.

Thanks Daniele, But I have Report already in the Report Inbox, Now I want to store this file on SharePoint folder and email it to specific customers, without any human intervention, means fully automize the task. Do you have any idea how I can do that?

Thanks, Daniele, for helping me, I wanted to create a 100 percent automated flow. But without indulging Power Automate Desktop, it's not possible. Because still we need a person who will click on file to store in OneDrive Business Central Folder (or using web power automate with schedule flow, I can schedule flow that will invoke my desktop flow) and then we can relocate file in SharePoint and send emails(either by web or desktop flow). If I am wrong in any statement, please correct me.
