How can i know the USER ID, if any changes done in GP Console

Hi All,

My Question is ,If any User is changed the Customer in Console level .How can we know that, this USER has changed or modified the record in Console .is there any chance to know that USER ID or is there any table to know the USER ID ?

    Hi,

    You can purchase an audit trail add-on, or you can use the Activity Tracker out of the box. Go to Administration | Setup |

    System | Activity Tracker and then turn on the File Tracking activity.

    You can write a trigger script on customer table.

    I have configured like as you said , System | Activity Tracker and then turn on the File Tracking activity and checked all the Activities to track any changes .after then where can i see that result if this user has changed this customer console or Item Console like that ?. Could u please tell me the next process .
