Some player/fans each time they login to Android mobile app, the password is invalid

Hi All,

some of our users (players or fans), facing error each time they login to https://login.fantasysalesteam.com

the password is always wrong, and they need to take forgot the password's process to solve it.

but still in the next login, they keep facing the same issue again.

the second issue, we all cannot using FST from android playstore, the error said "username and password is wrong", even though we can login in desktop browser with the same username and password.

    for example yunitha.lucky@eonchemical.com, or anita.adhiguna@eonchemical.com

    and many more... facing the same problem.

    and for FST apps in android, i also cannot access it.

    Budiman,

    We cannot reproduce login error that you are experiencing.  So if you like I can contact the users directly and reset password for them.  But I will need to contact them in order to retrieve password that they created.

    We have investigated android mobile app login issues and are addressing them.

    In the meantime, all Android users (except Android 6) can mitigate those issues with following steps:

    • Make sure internet is available on device (currently, internet issues not handled separately from other login  issues and result in message about invalid login information)

    • Make sure device is secured by a PIN, pattern, password or a SIM card lock (currently, it is required to secure your device in order to login)
