Button and Link Not Clickable in Outlook Classic (But Works in Web and New Outlook)

Hi all,

I’m facing an issue with an email template that I’ve set up and automated to send through Outlook. The email contains a button and a link, both with styles applied to them. The button and link are both clickable and function as expected in the new Outlook client and in Outlook Web.

However, when the email is viewed in Outlook Classic, the button and link are not clickable at all. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

- Removed the styles from the button and the link, thinking that might be causing the issue, but this change only reflected in Outlook Web and New Outlook, and Outlook Classic still shows the button and link as non-clickable.

- Tested the email in different clients and the issue is isolated to Outlook Classic.
Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can resolve the issue so the button and link are clickable in Outlook Classic as well? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
