    HI Shah,

I think at this point it would be better to create a case on this as what you are explaining may be too difficult to troubleshoot over the forums.

    Hi Ian,

In my AD, already have GP Web Client Users group and my name already in there. Do i need to add any security roles for this group?

In GP also got 1 user name already being created. But when i try to log-in, i still got same error "The user name and password supplied are not valid credentials for using Microsoft Dynamics GP."

    Best Regard,

    Shah

    Hi Shah,

The entered user name must be domain\windows account is used to access GP web client. The user who wants to access Dynamics GP 2013 web client that user should be in the web client users group.

I hope below the link will help you for this issue.

If this is the first login then you need to be part of the GP Web Client group in AD.

If the second one then you need to have a user created in GP itself.
