ADX Studio Portal implementation

Hello there, I come to the challenge of implement the ADX Studio Portal solution for the company where I work. My biggest challenge comes when I tried to do the configuration, this is because I am unable to do the authentication of the user who will be used by the portal to communicate with MS CRM, this is because the server where the ADX Studio is installed cannot communicate with the ADFS server directly, so it's going though a ADFS proxy who needs to have configured the ADX Studio as a trust application. So my question here is how to do it? Can any of you being so kind to give some lights here? How can I add a ClientId to the ADX Studio Portal to then can register that application in the ADFS?

Thank you in advance for your time and support.

Note: MS CRM is in the version 9.1.6
