Dear This message appears when calculating the bill on POS

    That message occurs when POS can not connect with the POS Server.  Please ensure your store server is on and that your client is running on the server.

     All registers will run GETDATE() as a sort of "heartbeat" to the database server.  Your station is timing out or losing connection to the database.
