When I am exporting Main account form to Open in excel,
it is throwing this error.
what is the reason and what can be the solution for this?

/The service principal for resource 'https://usnconeboxax1aos.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com' is disabled.
This indicate that a subscription within the tenant has lapsed, or that the administrator for this tenant has disabled the application, preventing tokens from being issued for it./

Hi Tushar,

Is this happening for the main accounts only or do you have this issue with all forms when you want to open the entity in Excel? Looking at the error, I think you should have this error with all forms.

As you are using a downloadable VM, you can download the current version and replace your VM. You can also check if e.g. a certificate got expired.

Hi Andre,
Thanks for your response.

This error is for every form.
Also, Certificate is not expired.
Anything else I can do to resolve this?
What can be the reason for this?
