Has anyone has any surveys disappear?

Hi,
 
I've had 2 surveys disappear from customer Voice in the last 2 months, has anyone had any similar issues? We definitely didn't delete them 
I have the same question (0)

    Do you know who owned the surveys? If you look at the Dataverse tables, can you see the surveys there? The table would be Customer Voice Surveys and Customer Voice Survey Questions, I believe. The tables all start with msfp_ prefix.
