Dynamic crm 2015 form notification is not working
    Hi,

Form notifications in Dynamics CRM 2015 can sometimes encounter issues. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

    • Check Form Scripts: Ensure that any custom JavaScript on the form is correctly written and does not contain errors. Syntax errors or issues in scripts can prevent form notifications from working.
    • Review Security Roles: Ensure that the users experiencing the issue have the appropriate security roles and permissions to view form notifications.
    • Check CRM Updates: Ensure your CRM instance is up to date with the latest patches and updates. Microsoft often releases updates that fix known issues.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider using the Alerts4Dynamics app by Inogic as an alternative solution.

    With Alerts4Dynamics, you can:

    1. Create and Manage Alerts: Alerts4Dynamics allows you to create and manage alerts for various entities within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You can define alerts based on specific rules for individual records or sets of records. This can help you stay informed about latest sales updates in your CRM.

    2. Deliver Form Notifications: With Alerts4Dynamics, you can deliver alerts as form notifications. Simply select "form notification" as the alert mode to ensure that specific alerts are displayed directly on the record form.

    3. Receive Alerts in Multiple Modes: Besides form notifications, Alerts4Dynamics supports various other notification modes, including emails, or pop-ups. This flexibility ensures that you receive timely updates in your preferred mode.

For more information or assistance with managing alerts and notifications in your CRM, please contact us at crm@inogic.com.

If you are interested in testing the solution for your needs, then you should consider checking out our app for a 15-day free trial from our website or Microsoft AppSource.

    Thanks,
    Sam
