Credit Cards are processing very slow on one machine. Other machine is fine. Both used to work fine. Just all of a sudden. I tried to switch which one was server. Same result. Defragmented hard drive, checked speed of internet, etc. Any suggestions?

I would be looking for some kind of malware or virus.
Did you use the same credit card for both?
