Customized Reports do not displays any data

When I try to open  the   Sales>paking slip>Long Form (Customized Report) there is no data displaying in it  and only the Format that we modified is displayed . This is happening with some other users  too.  A Blank report without any data is displaying  only ..................

I will highly apprecieate if someone answers

    So is it working for some users and not for other users?  What modifications you have made?

    Hello,

    I think , Modification is not problem as this report is working and loaded with data on some user's system accurately & completely. Some user has this problem, now including me.

    This report was working perfactly on my system too, but as I changed (new system with 64 Bit OS) my system. I imported the same package What  was imported on my previous system 3 years ago , at that time one of my user was facing this problem in some customized reports , but  I solved at tht time. Now , this problem starts again in my system.

    Might be something issue due to  64 Bit and 32 Bit.

    Kindly can any one answer What are the main reason when the customized reports are not loaded /displaying data when viewed , and only the customized  blank format is displayed.

    Hi Hilal,

    I'm facing the same issue for new Windows 7 32bit user installation.

    Could I know if you reach the reason?

    Try login to GP by right clicking on GP icon and selecting 'Run as administrator'. check if report is showing data or not.

    Additionally it is worth making sure the affected users have permissions to access the shared report dictionary.

    A few more questions.

    1. Does the same thing happen to 'sa' if logged into GP on the workstation or TS with the same AD rights as the user?

    2. If not what kind of customizations have you added to the report?

    3. Are there any tables called that the user might not have access to?

    Let me know what you find. This is an interesting problem.

    Hilal Khan , Is this a new user?  Does the user has table level access?  Additionally try running grant.sql which is available under the Application folder(C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP2013\SQL\Util).

    Dear all,

    The problem has been solved to me by installing GP application on new workstation for this user !!

    However I considered to uninstall operating system and reinstall it for old workstation without positive result, it seems that it is hardware issue !!
