I'm testing job posting setup in Cronus and when posting WIP after incurring costs before anything else (under Cost Of Sales Method) , the GL entry is:
DR WIP Costs
CR Job Costs Applied
Job costs applied account is used instead of item, GL or resource acc as below.
I'm expecting Item Costs Applied Account to be used if the cost relates to inventory items (incurred through a job journal with inventory item). Not sure when below three accounts are used and the purpose:
