Hi Everyone,

So, I just reinstalled my computer and now I am getting an issue when I try to log in to my Dynamics account. It says that I (as the tenant administrator) am not part of my organization as the subject states. I tried this in both Internet Explorer and Chrome. Anyone know why this is happening?

Thank you,

Charles

So the email id mentioned and the organization name mentioned in the error message is correct (i.e. its your email id and the correct org)?

I have seen this issue when browser try to login with a different account but then that is visible in the message.

As suggested above, you should try inprivate/ ingonito? You could also try to login to O365 Portal ad then access your org from there i.e. portal.office.com

    Hope this helps.

Hi There, yes, I tried this and it does not make a difference. But I verified everything once again in the Office 365 users section and it all looks fine. I even created another account that is Global Admin and that account works fine. Very strange bug indeed. Even other computers do not let this account in.

Is there any host file you did configured before your system reinstalled?

You can try to configure host file .

Here is the link how to configure host file in your system.

    support.sherweb.com/.../how-to-edit-the-hosts-file-windows

Secondly you can add the url of CRM in your browser as a trusted.

Usually, this occurs if you are logged in with the wrong username/password. So you can perhaps log-out and sign in again. But if you have stored your credentials in the windows password vault, you should change it there as well...

    Hi,

I met the similar case as yours. You could refer to the following Top Issue.

    Hope it would help.
